The eight remaining teams depart Phnom Penh, Cambodia on the fifth leg of a race around the world for one million dollars. In this episode 4 of season 15 Amazing Race, the teams are challenged by the heat in Dubai as they search for water. Meanwhile, one contestant inadvertently helps out a competitor.
