How was your weekend folks? Hope all of you had a great weekend with your family and kids because we did. My sister were here on the weekend so we thought of going to the park, pack some food and had a little picnic. It was also our pre-memorial day, spending time with family.

This sign warns drivers that there may be queues or lines of traffic ahead. It really sucks when you incounter traffic on the road especially if you are in a hurry. 
This sign has an image and words, warning about possible ice on the road ahead. Seeing signs like this on the road we shoul be careful coz the road could be slippery for the ice. Drive safely during winter season.

What Type of Car Are You?
Last year, we went to vegas courtesy of my sister chel and my BIL Kelly who gave us free ticket back and forth. Well my sister's hubby is a pilot of southwest airlines. That was our first trip outside pittsburgh. Jake was 4 months old then and been a good baby from the plane to everywhere we went.

We had a buffet lunch at the bellagio. The food were awesome!!!
If you go to vegas you should take a pictures with this famous Eiffel tower, it felt like we were in Paris.
This was taken at their friends sauna at their backyard. They have a huge house.
I feel bad coz I open a new blog but I ended up neglecting it. The main reason why I created this new blog is supposedly for the domain that I won from Momgen's contest. Somebody asked me what the definitions of recession and economy were just yesterday. Here was my reply. We don’t care about the definition of words like economy, economics, recession, or whatever. All we know is that our economy here right now really stinks, and it appears that it’s going to be like this for a very long time. When I was single, I just didn’t give a damn about how the economy had been doing, as long as I had my job and had food to eat and had extra money to spend on trips to the mall. This is especially true in my case since I come from a third world country, which doesn’t have everything that is available here in America, meaning that we are used to our simple life there, and we never worry too much about any problems that we encounter. However, most of the people there don’t own cars. We have jeepneys for our transportation, or we simply walk. We can also ask for vegetables and fruits from our neighbor’s garden in case we are out of food, so basically we are contented with whatever food is available at any given time, and we are contented with our dismal state of affairs. Most of us there thought that life in America is better. We would always overlook the idea though that people here earn dollars, but also spend dollars. If we convert dollars to pesos of course, it seems like a way better life is happening here in the United States. Now that I’m here living in this country with my own family, I have become acutely aware of how the economic success of America is essential to our lives. If the price of gas goes up, then our daily budget is substantially affected. Even with a job that you think is secure from any recession or bag of economic problems, you still have to worry about your living situation with respect to inflation and interest rates. Nice reply huh?
