Wow naman, sobrang tindi nang fine na ito- $ 300. Mahigit 13,000 pesos na yun ah at me kulong pa. Hindi na lang ako magaalaga nang aso kung diyan ako nakatira, piranha na lamang, hehehe, lol. Oh my! Ang laki ng fine but I guess it's just right for the people to not let their dogs running around without a leash. It's not safe to others especially the kids.
