Easter Sunday and Spring Flowers

Easter is the central religious feast in the Christian liturgical year. According to Christian scripture, Jesus was resurrected from the dead on the third day after his crucifixion. Some Christians celebrate this resurrection on Easter Day or Easter Sunday. Easter also marks the end of Lent, a season of fasting, prayer, and penance. Read more about easter in wikipedia.

So, peepz and folks how did you spend your easter Sunday? We spent our Easter Sunday so simple and ordinary. We did not celebrate with the traditional like egg hunting...although I found eggs at our back yard couple of weeks ago and returned it there. When I checked it today it was already hatched, Im glad the mother bird found the eggs the eggs that fell from the tree when someone cut it. Anyhow, where was I? Ahh okay easter Sunday.
We spent the easter afternoon outside after the man of the house bought a mower and mowed the grass in our backyard lawn. He also trimmed the edges of those bushes which is started budding. I wish it's spring time or summer time all year round. It bring smile to our face and lots of fun things we could do all day. We also see beautiful flowers that grows and bloom in this season.

Spring and "springtime" refer to the season, and broadly to ideas of rebirth, renewal and regrowth. These are the flowers I took in front of our house and across the street neighbor's yard.

Daffodil is the common name for all members of the genus Narcissus, and another term you'll hear is "Paperwhites." Paperwhites are also part of the genus, Narcissus and may also be referred to simply as white "daffodil" flowers. Isn't gorgeous! I think this is also called dwarfs daffodils, it smells good and look pretty.
Daffodil

Daffodils, the flowers symbolising friendship, are one of the most popular flowers exclusively due to their unmatched beauty. Daffodils grow perennially from bulbs. In temperate climates they flower among the earliest blooms in spring. Daffodils often grow in large clusters, covering lawns and even entire hillsides with yellow.
Magnolia

This is the magnolia flower across the street. Right now most flowers are in full bloom.
Magnolia
is a large genus of about 210 flowering plant species in the subfamily Magnolioideae of the family Magnoliaceae.
Crocus

Crocus is a genus of perennial flowering plants, native to a large area from coastal and subalpine areas of central and southern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, across Central Asia to western China. There are about eighty species of crocus. Their cup-shaped, solitary, salverform flowers taper off into a narrow tube. Their color varies enormously, although lilac, mauve, yellow and white are predominant.
Yesterday, when we went to SR, I saw lots of vendors selling flower on the street and gas station. How lovely these flowers are right? And then, Friday we spent most of our time at this playground in the Park. The buds and flowers are the nicest things to see on spring time.
Hope you all have a Happy Easter!
