Shopping for Groceries

I appreciate the guest post, Hazel Turner

One of the first things that I do when I walk out the door before I go grocery shopping is to make sure that I have my home security system set and also make sure that I don't leave the house without my coupons. CLICK here for more about home security. Grocery coupons in my opinion are somewhat underrated. Some folks might look at using them as being a cheapskate but if that was the case, companies would not be putting them in the newspapers. I cannot wait until the Sunday paper so I can get my coupons. I save alot of money when I go to the store due to using coupons.

I have been to the grocery store and have seen where I have saved upwards of 20 to 30 dollars just for taking the time to cut coupons out of the paper. Buy one get one free and savings coupons. They come in handy. I have an MVP card at one of the local supermarkets and that combined with the coupons lets me save even more. If it weren't for coupons, I surely wouldn't be buying as many groceries as I do when I make a shopping trip.
