Best Exercise
My family and I loves biking. Whenever we go for a biking exercise, I can really say that it is exhausting yet fun activity. The feeling of sweat running to your whole body and thinking that it is a great way to burn my fats makes the activity worthwhile.
Even though biking is a strainful activity having to tow your kids in the bike with you, I considered it one of the best fat burning exercises. My kids also like to be towed around and they both enjoy the scenery when we go biking.
I wish we can do biking more often but it is just impossible because my husband has to work during weekdays. But at least every once in a while we can bond through biking.
