TCP - Jaws: The Revenge
My entry for TCP is late again. I watched all the sequel of Jaws from first part up to the last part of it. I wasn't aware it's a New Year's related movie until we have this theme this week in Tuesday Couch Potatoes. Among all the Jaws sequels, I think the first one was the best. This final sequel of Jaws received poor critic and it is considered by film critics to be one of the worst movies ever made.

Jaws: The Revenge is a 1987 thriller film and the third sequel to Steven Spielberg's Jaws. The film focuses on Ellen Brody (Lorraine Gary), and her convictions that a shark is after her family, especially when a great white follows her to The Bahamas.

The third sequel to the film "Jaws," begins with the recently widowed Ellen Brody still living in the resort town of Amity. When she learns that one of her sons (who had replaced his father as the town's sheriff) has also been attacked and killed by a great white shark, she decides to travel to the Bamahas where her other son, Michael, works as a marine biologist, she fears that the shark wants revenge for what her husband did to it in the first two films, and wants Michael to quit his job and stay away from the water before its too late. Her worst fears are confirmed when, three days later, guess who comes to the shore.

i have watched one episode of this movie, its nice just that this is not my kind of movie. thanks for dropping by at my blog. happy new year!
love this movie, too. i could go for suspense movies sometimes. :)
The first Jaws is one of my all time favourites but I like Jaws 3 too, it's one of the guilty pleasures in my DVD collection.
I can watch Michael Caine in any film and the scene where he lands his plane on the sea and the shark tries to eat it always makes me laugh.
