Mellow Yellow Monday - Fried Rice


It's a Filipino breakfast. So simple to keep just fry the rice; old or new cooked rice but best result with old to heat up so no old rice gets spoiled. You can add everything however you want it. Egg, ham and some veggies such as peas and carrots are common ingredient add to the fried rice. In this fried rice, I added bacon and egg with chopped onions and garlic.
