As you can see this house that we currently living was built a long time a go. The previous owner did a good job in improving the house and did some repairs with some part of the house as well to make it look nice and strong. They added a room and a bathroom in the second floor. Anyway, we bought the house couple of years ago and even though it is still in good shape it's still need a few fixing and repairs like putting rubber edge seals in some part of the house like around the windows and doors to prevent the flow of air from one room to another. As the season changes we need to make sure that inside the house is warm. A quality rubber edge seals and trim would help to prevent air flow from inside of the house to outside of the house.
