Bicycle Ride as Exercise


Bicycling is a good form of exercise, and it is a fun outdoor activity. It's good for your health and reducing the risk of stroke or other diseases. My MIL is already 78 years old and she is very active in riding her bike at least twice a week this summer. Anyhow, I was glad that we got the chance to ride the bike again last Sunday. My husband and I need to lose some weight. As much as possible we tried to ride our bikes once a week and take a walk to the park as our exercise. In that way we don't have to take diet pills with ephedra that gives amazing and extreme result. There is a bike trail by the river just a few miles from where we live. That's where we always went for bicycling ride. We had fun last Sunday despite of the heat. The kids also had great time playing in the water at the creek.

Agree with you Bicycle Ride for Exercise purpose is a nice idea. I also believe that Motorized bicycle is los good idea.
