Armenian Christmas cookies

Guest post written by Ashley Jolly

Me and my roommate love to get together and whip up some sweets in the kitchen. I do it more as a control thing because that way I can make myself not eat all of the stuff at once and spread it out over a couple of days because I put all that hard work into baking and I want to get more out of it.

Well we've been making a couple of different holiday treats and we're always on the lookout for something different to make. We're both pretty adventurous when it comes to food, so I was online looking up something really different for us to try. While I was doing that I came across a website with information on internet packages and after we looked at it some we decided to change over our apartment's internet to that.

Well, we finally found a recipe that we thought sounded deifferent but good enough, so we chose to make this Armenian Christmas cookie recipe. I had never had any of them before but they sounded pretty good and they were.

Those must be some special kind of cookies. All countries have their own versions of cookies and I'm sure Armenia have their own too. Thanks for the post. Merry Christmas to you all. God bless you all always.
