The Cure May Be in the Blood

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of CryoCell International for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I know of a mom who comes from a family with a lot of dreaded diseases.  Their family has a history of different types of cancers, diabetes, hypertension and thyroid problems.  My friend is actually worried about it and hopes that her daughter grows up healthy and be spared from most if not all of them.

When she was pregnant, she read articles about cord blood banking.  She was very interested to know that her baby’s umbilical cord blood can be stored for a certain number of years and be used later on to potentially fight against some of the diseases mentioned above.  Unfortunately, when she gave birth, it wasn’t as popular in their country yet.  If she availed of the service then, the cord blood will be stored in another country since that was the base of the company’s operations.  Since cord blood banking is getting to be more established, she’s looking forward to availing it on her next pregnancy.

If you’re in the US and would like to know more about cord blood banking, a good site to explore is www.Cryo-Cell.com.   They can even send you a kit absolutely free and if you’re due date is within the next 30 days, you can call them so they can expedite sending a belly bag.  Visit www.Cryo-Cell.net to request for more information about cord blood banking.
