Food Deprivation

What is your definition of diet? Perhaps you may say that diet refers to the summing up of food consumed by individual, or a limitation of food you eat. But when it comes to food, the purpose of dieting will sometimes set aside. It's hard to say no to food that is deliciously scrumptious despite of the fact that your doctor advice you to stay away as it is not good to your health. This is the main reason why some people suffered from obesity it's because they cannot control themselves on how much food they have to eat and these people will resort on finding diet pills that work. Diet is like depriving yourself to food that you crave for which is really hard to control. Self discipline and control is a good traits that you should possess to maintain a good healthy diet.
