Lanzones

Have you tried this juicy fruit already? This fruits are abundant in Camiguin Island. I miss eating this fruit and it is one of my favorite. A kilo of this lanzones is now 80 pesos in the Philippines.

Lanzones or buahan in Cebuano is also known as Lansium domesticum, langsat, or buahluku is a species of tree in the Mahogany family. The plant, which originates from western Southeast Asia, bears edible fruit. It is the provincial flower for the Indonesian province of South Sumatra. This is how the inside looks like.
